FAQ

Have a question? Check out the below. Answer not there. Contact us at Tabora Farms. We are happy to hear from you!

Do you ship to Canada/Mexico/Europe/Asia?
Yes, however, we do not guarantee freshness of the perishable products in packages going overseas and would encourage you to select non perishable items when sending overseas (jams, honey, coffee, tea, biscotti, chocolates, candies..).
What carriers do you ship through?
United States Postal Service and UPS.
Is shipping next day air really necessary?
It is highly recommended, so that your selection arrives in the freshest state possible; however we have had great success shipping ground to surrounding states and the Northeast, United States.
What happens if a package is delivered and no one is home to receive it?
It is the responsibility of the delivery agent (UPS or USPS) to make sure the package is left in a safe, secure location.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the box and the zip code to which it is going.

What do you mean by Local Delivery Only?
Some of our items are very perishable and we cannot ship them via UPS or USPS.
We do however offer local delivery for these items, via our own vehicles.
Our local delivery area currently includes the following towns: Bedminster, Blooming Glen, Chalfont, Doylestown, Dublin, Hilltown, Perkasie, Plumsteadville, Sellersville, and Sliverdale.
So, if you’re near by, we’ll be able to bring our “local delivery only” goodies right to your door.
Our cart will determine your location by the zip code you provide in your “ship to address”, and if you are too far away, you’ll get an alert when you try to check out.
Can I place one order and have you ship the items to separate addresses?
Sorry, for retail orders, you’ll need to place a separate order for each “ship to” address. (We do have a handy “address book” that you can use to store your frequently used “ship to” addresses.)
For corporate gift orders we can accommodate multiple delivery addresses per order, and we’ll coordinate those details with you when we receive your order.
How late can I order and still make Christmas delivery?
Dec 19 is the last date to order online gift baskets to ship so they will get to where they need to be by Christmas. Local delivery cutoff and pickups are the 23rd.
Do you use preservatives?
No. All products are made with the freshest ingredients and therefore are considered perishable. It is ideal to consume all baked goods within 72 hours of receipt.
Do your products contain nuts?
Many products do contain nuts and we do not have a nut free kitchen. Anyone with a severe nut allergy should be very cautious.
Are your ingredients organic?
Not all ingredients are organic. If an organic ingredient is available and makes financial sense, we may opt to use it.
Can I make substitutions for the products in the baskets listed on the site?
At the moment, substitutions are not possible. Check back soon as we plan to offer “build your own baskets”
Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and businesses?
Please contact us and we will discuss with you on a more individual basis. We do offer special pricing for Corporate gift basket Ordering.
